Refunds

Changed your mind? Don't worry, we have you covered! If you want a refund on a product for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of the products arrival and we'll arrange a full refund of purchase, no questions asked. Buyer to pay shipping. 

If a product is found to be faulty or broken upon arrival, the buyer can either request an exchange of product, or request a full refund. This must be completed as soon as the product arrives, with photos for proof. 

For any products requiring electricity, please ensure that plugs are compatible with your country of residence. Please also ensure any products you purchase are suitable and compatible for their purpose (e.g. a wireless charger with a phone). 

Desk Mess reserves the right to not process an order if you live in very remote locations, which may carry with it long and/or high costs (don't worry though, you'll get a full refund).
